You'll complete my pre-exercise screening form so I can get a complete understanding of your physical, lifestyle, and health history. This creates a baseline to work from and ensures the personalised plan we build is safe, realistic, and truly aligned with your life.
We’ll dig deep into your goals, your past experiences, the obstacles you’ve faced, and most importantly what your future looks like when you succeed. Together, we’ll outline a clear, achievable game plan tailored to your fitness, nutrition, skincare, and wellness needs.
Once we are crystal clear on your goals and the road map to reaching them, I’ll walk you through exactly how I work with clients. This includes all program offerings, levels of support, and investment options, so you can choose the path that best fits your life.

Hi, I’m Angela! I’m a fitness and wellness professional with a background that blends education, psychology, athletic performance, skincare, and holistic health.
With a Bachelor's in Arts/Psychology, a Master's in Education, and ongoing studies in Fitness and Nutrition, I’ve always been driven by learning and growth.
As a certified Environ Skin Specialist, I love integrating skincare with overall wellness, helping clients feel confident from the inside out. My athletic experience in competitive bodybuilding and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, combined with coaching women in self-defense, has shaped my passion for empowering others to feel strong, capable, and in control of their bodies.
My own journey has had its challenges, especially balancing motherhood, career, and a partner who travels frequently. Because of that, I believe in a personalized, holistic approach. No two journeys are the same and your path deserves to be tailored uniquely to you.

The training experience with Jonathan was absolutely amazing, enjoyed every second of it. He is very informative, helpful and energetic which makes training super easy! Doing the BASE program with Coach JD has been amazing. The customized workout program fits my busy schedule, and the app helps me stay on track with calories and protein visually. JD is always there to answer questions and provide assistance. The Before/After feature for progress pics is a highlight, showcasing the incredible changes in my body. Starting at a size 12-14, I'm now a comfortable size 8 in the 50s weight range. I feel fitter, look better, and have more energy as a mother!


Since joining JD's BASE program in April, I've lost over 8kg in 2.5 months, staying on track with my fitness goals. JD shifted my focus from just weight loss to overall health and enjoyment of the journey. He's supportive, passionate, and the sessions are both fun and challenging.
